Physician Recruiting Specialists

Our Hospital Client located less than one hour from Phoenix, AZ is currently recruiting an additional Physician for their Hospital Employed Urgent Care center. 

Our preferred candidates are BC in either Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care, with an excellent practice history.

Physician will work 3- 4 12 hour shifts each week, for a total of 147 shifts per year. Number of patients will vary from about 40 in the summer to more than twice that in the winter.  Double coverage will be scheduled to accommodate increased patient volumes.

The Hospital offers an very competitive base salary for the 147 shift schedule. The opportunity exists to work more shifts and increase your income.  The position also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including Bonuses, mal-practice with tail, Life & Health Insurance, CME and Relocation.
